Services offered:
1. Press package – 500 EUR per press kit/project
The fee includes:
– Writing the press release without the use of AI platforms or language-model services (which includes setting and changing the story angles depending on the publication and interviewing the involved team members for quotes, to name a few);
– Pitching to magazines, newspapers, blogs, and other platforms worldwide (no maximum number of publications and programs to pitch to). You will receive a suggested list of the publications and programs to pitch the project to;
– Following up on the pitches, as well as published features in case edits are needed;
– Facilitating the collection and request of the (press) images, as well as gathering and renaming the photographs for pitching;
– Designing and tailoring each email sent to a publication (which varies depending on the format and genre of the platform);
– Organizing interview requests from publications and programs, as well as helping you prepare to answer the questions or asking the platforms to share their questions in advance for preparation.
– Researching and reaching out to content creators that are in line with the brand for a video or audio feature;
– Sharing the feature across your website and social media platforms.
2. Getting featured
– 100 EUR for every mention (with or without backlinks) in a written feature (including listicles);
– 100 EUR for every mention (with or without backlinks) in a video and audio content;
– 175 EUR for every full feature (including interviews and profiles);
– 250 EUR for every podcast episode interview.
3. Freelance journalist and editor fees:
Writing + 0.4 EUR per word
– Based on the final output, and inclusive of multiple revisions, research, fact-checking, image sourcing, and contacts.
Interview + 0.5 EUR per minute
– Based on the final recording, and inclusive of questions, research, and transcriptions.
Editing + 0.1 EUR per word
– Based on the final output, and inclusive of coherence, structure, vocabulary, and style revision and check.
4. Editorial and PR Consultation – 100 EUR per hour/session
– For three sessions, the total is 250 EUR (less than 50 EUR);
– For five sessions, the total is 425 EUR (less than 75 EUR);
– You can choose the schedule of each session;
– All sessions include PDF notes (non-AI generated) after every session as well as free follow-up emails in case you have questions after;

- How to grow your brand editorially (including starting a journal or magazine on the website, thinking of brand projects that can garner attention, aligning the copywriting to the brand’s visual and tone, and the use of social media platforms);
- How to pitch to magazines and newspapers, and get featured in a publication (including creating a list of contacts and writing the emails);
- How to prepare a press kit, including writing a press release with a focus/angle tailored to a publication’s niche (design, art, technology, etc), choosing and photographing the right images, and ways to follow up;
- How to create favors as a thank you to the publications for featuring the brand;
- How to connect with other brands, designers, and artists for collaborations, which can lead to broader business ventures and publication features.
