Who is responsible
This website is run by Matthew Burgos, Milan, Italy. For any question about your data, email [email protected].
Analytics
With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and stories are read, so the site can be improved. It sets cookies only after you choose Accept in the banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored. IP addresses are shortened, and no advertising or personalisation features are used.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Other data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. If you email Matthew, your message is handled like any other email and is not added to a mailing list.
The private editor at /admin/ uses one strictly necessary login cookie for Matthew only. Visitors never receive it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data held about you, or object to its use. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
